When I watched this under judgment I placed reviewing it on my "To Do" list. I enjoyed this overall. I expected something interesting would happen with the bug or what the girls were doing. The flash turned out to be almost exclusively conversation. This was fine with me because I was attempting to decipher what this whole series was about and the conversation was unusual and somewhat witty in some places. Animation was the minimum necessary and art was medium-well.
The movie control buttons need a larger hit area so you can click them without having to painstakingly click the little symbols.

That was great. I totally wasn't expecting that. Good art and animation quality too. Nice work.

Unfortunately animation always takes longer than it should. This was not bad for a test... smooth movement with fairly good voices and a humorous plot. Nice work. I remember spending a hour trying to get a play and replay button going and gave up instead of finishing it. I know how to do it now but it can be a real pain if you haven't done it before.

That was pretty epic. Overall this seemed inspired and indeed was inspiring. I personally would have tweaked a few of the details to give it a greater "ohh I understand now" feeling at the end. I had motherload flash title screen open in the background (I didn't realize) that was doing occasional drum like noises every once in a while and it fit perfectly into your movie-- added a poetic dramatic feel. I really liked the wolves the birds and the clouds because they were so full of emotion and personality. The whale I thought was funny but I wish he had more of a roll your eyes personality instead of just being a whale.

You know... while I was watching this I was also recording the activity of a disembodied mouse brain with electrodes... searching for unsubscribed parkinson's disease related pathways... That was quite long and the events were malevolent... luckily the real thing isn't like this. Real brains are much less expressive.

Why recommend medium quality? Graphics look better in high quality! It will be tough to do anything fancy quickly with that level of detail but I do admire your choice of sky. I also liked the sparks coming out of the fire but the scene after with the ship flying at an angle kinda bothered me cause the background wasn't moving the way I thought it should with the ships trajectory.

Your comments appear to indicate you don't believe this can be original but I bet you could make it original. Maybe think about twists... Good luck.

This turned out well. Your doing the same sort of tournament thing Zeurel used to do. I hope you are able to make it to the end. The characters and story feel more interesting original that awakened was. I somehow missed the other 2 episodes entering the portal but I've seen them now. There are a lot of people too stupid to notice that there are other episodes so you may want to consider adding an episode number to the title here on Newgrounds. So I feel like I should make an observation so here it is: The "she can heal" dialog scene played out a little too slow.
Anyway, good to see you submitting interesting things again.

dude fix your file.

Your flash publish settings appear to have the wrong frame rate. There is no way this animation was made for such a slow fps. This would probably be excellent sped up. How was this mistake not caught and fixed?
