Good

Whoa! A stick movie that didn't suck! That was very nicely done. I felt like I was watching a movie at the theater for a little bit there.I think your replay button might not work quite right tho cause it replays in the middle. I think the only way to improve this is to not use sticks and real life photos and make the beard guy not able to survive deadly blows and fix bullet trajectories. But if you keep doing it the way you are I think its fine which is weird cause I really dislike sticks. I give it a 9.7/10

wth I almost missed the action scenes

What in the world were you thinking when you made such a long text and blank pause between the intro and the action I thought the intro was the whole episode and the text was the end credits. I wouldn't have noticed the action after it if I hadn't left the window open to do something else.I advise shortening the action-less pauses cause the pacing is all weird. Also this would benefit from clearer audio.

points taken. there's supposed to be a "conversation" in the rolling text part. (points finger at lazy partner who never turned up the other voices) but i'll try to improve on this come episode 3.

Drunk science might be a whole lot more amusing to me if I was not a scientist and the animation/art was kinda choppy. I would have explained the no penguins at the north pole by saying the drunk bear killed them all. Congrats on all the awards.

Lol did I see just see Brook? Nice use of new-grounds authors and characters. I found this flash to be enjoyable.

Nice

It is nice to see someone make their own music with their flash. I'd like to suggest that when you make a character bounce they should stretch and flatten to make it look more realistic Also moving the camera and using different angles would help to make things more interesting. There are action-script cameras to be had somewhere on the internet that may help somehow. good job.

Thanks for the tips, I really appreciate it. I am going to take your kind advice to strech and flatten a bit more the next time I use a hyperactive little gooseball in my videos ;o) and also I was thinking about having a moving camera in the end when the idea first popped up in my head but as I said in the description this was my first flash I have ever made and I have only been working on it for a few days so I will keep that in mind for another time :o)

This is 1 of 3 of these WGJ4K that I actually liked cause there actually appears to be a story and it wasn't poorly contrived constant jokes and whining. I basically am writing this review to record a guess about Mickey's past. If I was to guess I would say Mickey used to be some sort of super video-gamer but had a traumatic experience that made him shun them and begin a life of crime and rebellion . Perhaps the trauma is VGV's fault or maybe they think he would make the best host if he is rehabilitated to liking video-games.

Not bad

Good stuff, but not my cup of tea. I prefer to see facial expressions and stories (but in this case a story wouldn't make it better). My suggestion is to add camera motion like zooming in on the head or the parts of the body emphasizing the emotion of the stick near death or right before it on some of them and/or make some interesting faces on them. Maybe a simple grid like background would look cool too.. You did a great job tho.

Well I have to say I thought this was better than the daily first today...
One or two lines were a bit hard to distinguish and some of the animation looks odd with the occasionally completed stiff limbs but I think I'll vote 10 cause I feel like it.

I didn't think anything novel or perpendicularly interesting happened in this flash.Background was boring black and white. Characters were boring solid colors except for little bits of color when they sped up and that's nothing I haven't seen a million times before. There should be some way we could follow it if we looked closely and if there is a way to tell it is too hard to find. At once point I think one of the green guys leaves the screen and as far as I know never comes back. I get the feeling the plot wasn't planned out well enough or maybe it was but that planning didn't jump out at me from the animation.The camera could have used some variation.. such as different angels and close ups to make it look less 2D
The things on your side are good motions of your sticks and violence sells.
