Mario references, cats, dogs and...O-OVinnie? wth?

Wow this is very different from your usual work I was quit surprised.Its missing the much usual energetic action and aims for comedy rather than simple wow. Your main character is for once really silly. I hope to see what becomes of this because it looks like you are working on your improving in areas you don't usually go to. But I do like ccc better.:)

aww how cute <3

You managed to make a madness flash that made me say "aww how cute" at the end... that is quite an accomplishment as my ususal response to madness flashes is "how pointless and boring, I cant believe I watched the whole thing". Probably the people who will love this flash the most are not big mainstream madness fans but rather people who prefer a full story with emotion.
The scenes all contributed very well to the feel of this story and I think it was all very cute especially the ending. I think the cute feeling of the story makes up for the slightly rushed but still respectable drawings. 10/10

How many 10s does this flash have? Needs more 10s!

In my mind this is undoubtedly one of the top 5 flashes of all time on Newgrounds! I have watched this about 50 or 60 times since it came out and I still love it.I keep it in the 4th spot on my favorites list at all times.(1st spot is a good undiscovered flash and the other 3 are my 3 all time top favs followed by over 160 amazing flashes and this is the top of them all) The music animation and story are all phenomenal.

The dangers of radiation

The animation was alright pretty good style. Burning by flames is an okay representation of radiation burns, reminds me of nuclear weapons tho. I felt like the animation could have been had a little something more and maybe a preloaded.

To the idiots below me: ozone layer thinning is not the same thing as global warming. Get an education before you start pretending you know what you are talking about. It is unreasonable to believe mankind's actions have no consequences.
Don't rate 0 because you hate the idea that mankind can have an impact on the world.This is only an idea show respect and don't get needlessly offended.
Other 0 down there sure the ozone layer is not deteriorating as fast.But it still is because chlorofluorocarbons are not the only thing that deteriorate the ozone layer. For example car emissions also catalyze deterioration of the ozone layer.

I anticipate action after all this supspense

This animation is very clean and the voice acting is very clean.I really wanted to give this a 10 when I first started watching... However, something about this animation feels cheep. The whole flash seemed like one giant interruption after another. The two settings you were changing between don't appear to have much in common to a new view like me. If showing both plotlines I suggest only changing setting only once in a short animation like this... The action to suspense ratio feels closer to a movie trailer than an actual movie.

I also think introducing new characters to the battle scene without letting the current characters fight it out a bit more takes away from the story, The battle scene seemed more of an introduction to the villain and competing heroes than a battle scene.

This is great except for how broken up the story is.

Good but needs a little refinement

Lol are u using Nightwayfarer's Dimon's genetic clone or something? Your "Soon" sounded like Simon which is just like Dimon. No doubt intentional. Your definitely imitating Nightwayfarer and that's fine if done right. But, this is much too similar to stories already made by Nightwayfarer. Make the plot more divergent from Nightwayfarer's and people will appreciate it more.

You did a good job with animation, but transitions need to be smoother and the camera shake should probably be slowed down a tad. The English subtitles were a bit hard to follow because of typo's and lengthy lines that could be shortened and still fit.
