Keep creating your mountain king's world I'm enjoying it. I think this type of flash is my favorite type I really like those ruffles in the clothes so I'll try a similar thing in one of the animations I'm working on now... thanks for the example. I think the guy who voted 4 has trouble thinking objectively because nothing about this flash is 4 quality.

Thanks for the review, I'm glad that you found it helpful and even more so that you liked it. I also enjoy this kind of animations... I wouldn't know how to classify or describe it though, but I don't see enough of it on newgrounds. I do realize though that my taste isn't exactly popular, so I do understand.

I used a very simple trick to facilitate doing the ruffles, it's not much but it makes it a bit easier, if you think it could help you let me know.

why should I care about these people?

The typography was coupled with great visuals but I didn't care for the monologue. In some places the typography appeared too fast to read casually and possibly did not keep up with the sound to my satisfaction. I would prefer the words appear slightly before they are said in and all cases and move away a little less quickly. I felt like this flash was trying to sell me something and I don't like being sold opinions on intangible rubbish. Oh and I also don't like typography so you can considering that this scored pretty well from me.Great job on the typography.

not entertaining enough

Yeah... typography is not something I find enjoyable to watch. I am disappointed you didn't animate something more interesting... There are much funnier/crazier reviews out there and I thought this one was dull.

Not entertaining enough for you, perhaps, but then, I guess I didn't make this one for you... I suppose, in some very obvious way, I made this for the people that would enjoy it :)

Short and funny but it just felt too simple to me. Sound effects were great and the omelet was mesmerizing to watch. This is the best thing you have made yet that I can remember off the top of my head tho good job. I thought the crazy no smoking flash was a more interesting concept tho and was the reason I remember you.

I'm glad you've enjoyed the FX, i try to give as much attention as i can to audio editing.
I'm even more happy to hear "i remember you from the crazy no smoking flash".
About being simple, i just wanted to add a light non-splatter and (for what i can do) original punchline to my collection.
More complex stuff should be coming later on anyway ;)

Is a pulsing story book croped/crammed in half

This is like half a pulsating story book. The camera felt too zoomed in the whole way through and was like 10 seconds fixed in this position and 10 seconds in that position. I felt claustrophobic by the end... What your doing here makes it just no fun to watch. Directing the audience to focus on the right part is a challenge in your style but very important. You failed at directing my attention entirely in a couple places which makes the actions confusing. Your style on its own is hard for me to watch without feeling queasy don't complicate it by excessively zoomed in shots and lack of directing attention or natural feeling transitions. Finally I think the repetitive beat of the music made the repetitive flipping to the next scene that much harder to watch.
